I am curious whether the $65 package will provide the armor to all my DA characters rather than one.
Also, I am lost on the logistics of getting the Epoch class. I've read that each calendar gives an artifact but does that include the original armor?

The Doomknight will provide DmK items, including the armor to all past and future DA characters in your account. As for Epoch, 2018 and above will include the original armor, but a unique artifact depending on the calendar you get.

Are the Epoch items worth the IRL $ in old calanders?

The best epoch artifact is the eternal locket from the 2018 calendar. Eternal epoch's supposed to be one of the best classes in the game, if you're into inn fights. I'd say that one's worth buying the most out of the 3 epoch calendars
