I finished the quests that led up to /envy but during the final stretch of playing in /seraph, my game dc'd and now I can't continue my quests in /envy, is there a way to fix this?

Seraph does not lead into Envy directly, there's a map in between called /Legioncrypt, which for some reason the game doesn't direct you towards, iirc. If the quests in Legioncrypt aren't unlocked yet, just go back into Seraph and do the quest for killing Adventus again.
Even though this is a pretty rare situation, I would always recommend that you check up on the wiki's story tab if you're stuck somewhere, as there might be some obscure or less obvious step you're missing. In the case of this saga: http://aqwwiki.wikidot.com/story:undead-legion-saga
