What's the difference between the regular Awe armor and the Awe!!! armor?

Also does the Awe!!! armor have those three exclamation marks once upgraded? Mine doesn't and I could have sworn I had already upgraded the armor and I don't want to waste a GGB.

Normal Guardian no-drop armors scale to your level -5
!!! versions scale to your level

The name for the upgraded Armor of Awe is Might/Deft/Insightful Armor of Awe!!!
