Acts as a spell-like attack if using a Magic weapon or 100-proc Ranged weapon, weapon attack otherwise. Skill loses X% damage to attempt a 4-turn -(Y x Stuff) BtH Blind. Cardsharp!: Standard 200% Melee damage skill, seeks Earth or Wind, and gets EleComp as appropriate, factoring in both mob resists and the EleComp for the seeking, 100% Melee in SP cost for Melee/Ranged, 125% Melee in SP cost for Magic. Pays 10% Melee in SP cost for the 2-element seeking. Pays 30% Melee in SP to gain +12.75 BtH. Pays 40% Melee in SP to gain 4 Silly Little Guy (SLG) stacks at start of attack animation, this cost is only charged if you have enough space for the stacks. You can have a max of 20 SLG stacks, so if you're at 17, for example, it'll only charge 30% for +3 SLG stacks, if multiple items are adding SLG stacks any excess past 20 is refunded as SP. So grand total of the SP cost is Base (125 or 100%), Seeking (10%), +BtH (30%), and up to 40% for the SLG stacks, so total of up to 185% Melee for Melee/Ranged, 205% Melee for Magic. Acts as a spell-like attack if using a Magic weapon or 100-proc Ranged weapon, weapon attack otherwise. SILLY. LITTLE. GUY.: Overcharged (150% Melee in SP for Melee/Ranged, 175% Melee in SP for Magic) 250% Melee damage skill, follow's player weapon element and damage type, eats up to 400% Melee worth of Blind on the foe to gain an equivalent boost in damage, and consumes up to 20 SLG stacks to gain a further 100% Melee in bonus damage. Finally, if at least 85% Melee worth of Burn is on the enemy, it's consumed to give 1 turn of Celerity to the player and their misc item. Acts as a spell-like attack if using a Magic weapon or 100-proc Ranged weapon, weapon attack otherwise. Set Bonus: If using the shield and weapons of the set, and you either use a regular weapon attack or one of the armour's skills to deal Earth damage specifically, you gain +1 SLG stack (this will instead just give 10% Melee in SP if you're already capped at 20 SLG stacks). Basically if the Cardsharp skill seeks Wind, or if you're doing a regular attack/armour skill with the Fool's Hand weapon to deal Wind damage, this bonus doesn't activate.
