1. Do monsters (humanoid and not) have other values that dictate their accuracy other than its own stats and player's block/dodge formulas?

2. Does a decrease in DEX directly correlate to a loss in accuracy? Essentially:
200 DEX & 200 LUK
[(200*3/20)=30] + [(200/40)=5] = 35

So a -200 DEX (opponent) = -30 BtH (opponent) = +30 MRM (player)?

3. What happens if a monster's DEX is in the negative values?

1. Monsters can also have Bth leans.

3. What you'd expect - decreased Bth (as long as the monster gets its Bth from DEX).

EDIT: I think it's important to say that monsters might get bonuses (damage/Bth) from different stats than usual. Afterlifex, for example, gets his damage and Bth from CHA, which is why he does so much damage and has so high accuracy with 0 STR/DEX/INT.
