Mmmmm.. to a point I agree, though I don't know where they would said information that wouldn't clog up the screen. Ironically, the same exact situation happened to me about and hour ago, same quest and same monster and everything; however I knew it was coming and made a retrospectively poor decision that I thought I could have finished it off before it unleashed it's basically 1 hit kill if you're not in an energy armor. I digress, most monsters now-a-days actually do have a warning system in that their SP bar starts flashing signaling that they are about to unleash their SP attack their next turn, try to pay attention to that. To be fair, there are a few monsters like the shifters that will get the enough SP at the start of their turn which provides no warning and just launch it, which IS very annoying; as well as some monsters who will get enough SP, their bar start flashing, and then don't immediately use it causing you to play the game of "stay in the armor that doesn't provide the best defense to the main element, risk switching back and taking the brunt of the SP attack, or get lucky and be in the right armor at the right time". While I agree that it would definitely more convenient, having 4 lvl 150 characters and a lvl 140 character that I don't care that much about, I find the end game to be extremely dull. All too often I blow through quests that if I REALLY wanted to, I could make as non challenging as possible. Then I have absolutely nothing to do for weeks until they release a new quest, to test myself against something in anyway that interests me because I've literally done EVERYTHING and have everything that is currently obtainable that I want. I find those kind of enemies that are kinda annoying and may make me start a quest all over even though I made it a mission to clear every room before moving to the next because I wanted to see if I would unlock something hidden in the reward shop that wouldn't be there if I blew through it with reckless abandon like I did the first time and had nigh made it to the end just to get killed by a stupid ghost. I find those kind of enemies allow me to play this game longer than the 1 day a week until they release a new quest potentially weeks later. Ultimately, I am indifferent if this would change or not; I don't know what level you are, and it might seem above you're scope of understanding if you're not at end game. I am not trying to belittle your frustration, I was there, I get it, and in fact the same situation literally happened to me not too long ago. Try enjoy it, embrace the challenge, don't get too frustrated having to start over, it allows you to play the game longer because it does get depressingly boring end game; but that's my perspective. Also, it's funny that you mention dark conduit status, because that status effect killed me and made me start that quest over like 7x (that means yes, I had to kill that over 10k health undead hyrda like 7x) because I didn't notice it. I was playing on my character that I use alot of self inflicting buff statuses that are way more than those 5 new bubbles they gave us, so I didn't even know what they heck was going on and didn't notice what one of them was saying because I was so used to having a bunch of symbols up there that I don't know that they mean just by looking at them and the description was clogged witha bunch of celerity for me, my guest, and pet, +DEX, +MRM, etc. lol. But hey, I switched up my tactics and found a way.
