Elahi Irt of Osiris

Do Magic weapons get +13 BTH (listed as MBTH) and it applies to all 8 standard elements including Harm and Void
or only to 8 standard elements or only to Light element?

Plus +40 INT = 40*3/40 = +3 BTH
So, in total Magic weapons get +16 BTH

Can someone confirm if the BTH boost applies to all 8 standard elements including Harm and Void or?

The Bth bonus applies to all attacks. Even Harm and Void.

The majority of miscs in the game have omni-elemental effects such as Stat Boosts, BtH, MRM that are not restricted to an element.
As Irt is primarily a resistance misc its secondary offensive effects are not restricted to an element unlike pure offensive miscs such as Cozy/Greater Water/Light Orb, Frostgale's Remorse, Paladin's Oath, Radiant Prism.
