unfortunately i found out that i missed out on this item, is there anything else in the game that does a similar thing that i could still get?

It does several things. What is it that you want?
The element scrambling is also accessible through Rainbow Raygun and Scrambler Beam.

There is no other item that applies a lean on the monster.

also, do we know if the prime chaos orb is gonna come back around or nah?

We don't know if Prime Chaos Orb will return or not.

Perhaps on Black Friday because someone asked about it?

The more people asked about it the more chance it will return on Black Friday or next year?
