Looks like this year's Giftboxen are going to be Scaling! This is cool.

Yeah, I like that. In the future, would it be possible to have all the items in 1 shop rather than separate ones for weapon, shield, etc?

Also neat weapons. Seems like passive SP regen is the newest craze lately. Is this how the staff is trying to please use before the smack the Essence Orb with the Nerf Hammer? :P

@Veral77: Nope. The have been SP in the past. Frostval Mercs Regen Factor being the prime example.

 We're looking into the issue of some players getting last year's Tree Decoration quest. For the time being, please try clearing your cache before accessing the event.

Edit: Confirming that cache clearing is indeed the way to fix/prevent this issue.

 Correct me if I'm wrong but the Thunder Lord weapons were always part of the decorate the tree quest, and so not rare like the other parts of the set.

Correct. They were the rewards for last year's Decorate quest so they return every year.

Golden Gift Boxes should, in theory, be 125 tokens now, right? For some reason, when I had 130, it wouldn't let me buy any.

 Now, this is just an idea, but: how about, for future gold donation drives, there's another small bonus prize available for those that donate more than the total gold cap? For years now it's been that you'd have to donate much more than that to have a chance at making the list, and even for an X-guardian hitting the gold cap every day it's going to take over a week of dedicated work to hit the total gold cap. But, that's assuming that there aren't Mystery Bags of Gold available to buy during these events. <_<;

That's what the participation/minimum donation prize is for.

I hope they don't neft the essence orb. The game is very enjoyable with it.

I have pretty much everything I need for my character bar a few perfect/specific equipment. I'm down with whatever comes out.

Have we ever had any beast master themed sets? The closest thing I remember to a "beastmaster" set is the Moglord set.

I am a little confused at the Melee Claw option being a 100-proc special weapon. I don't recall seeing this anywhere else. Is there a build that would make use of this?

Nah, it's a meme. Cray promised to give us a 100-proc melee weapon. People thought it was a joke. Now they know better.

Cool, though considering how last year's set fit together I'm curious what else we'll see on the journey to Frostval.

My money is on Tim Burton references.

 It's not so much a meme (anymore) as a deliberate outlier. Melee 100% procs aren't a new standard due to the fact that it would run counter to the efforts to address build identity by eroding the already thin divide between Warriors and Rangers. However, that doesn't mean that the odd rare exception of an item that plays like another build can't be around for the fun of it.

The Token boxes scale to your level +10 and can be transferred to adventurer characters on the same account.
