I am thinking of making a new character, but I want to make a "Medic". I am looking for spells, weapons, armors, skills, pets, anything that heals the player, while damaging the opponent. I am putting together a list of stuff, but want to see what other people suggest. Just to see what I have to work with.

It sounds like INT/CHA will be ideal for a medic character. There's plenty of status curing stuff out there as well (many using CHA) so a trip to Haven will load your character up with a ton of stuff off the cat bat.

Outside of what Legendary Ash listed
Armors
Paladin is the top tier choice due to its quick cast heal and being the best class in AQ
Light Lord's Cleric boosts healing by 10%
Chilly Form can fit your niche as an ice armor with a heal skill
If you have an old character on your account that was around in 2014, Angelic Robes buff light and heal spells
All the knight armors have a heal skill but Frogzard knights can heal ailments

Weapons
Sacred Paladin weapons heal when fighting undead (ebony seppy or Zorbak assist can be used to trigger)
There are a ton of weapons with heal specials but Communicant is an option

Spells
Your Body Heals at the Speed of Light
Purifying Pollen
Mending Vines
Gandolphin isn't exactly a heal but it is treated as one
Cure poison
Seeds of Restoration
