 Pretty sure that's where my 400 DC came from my old account. I just need a memory jog on what it was and how much it gave.

 Well, is the daily quest really the only way to get free DC in-game (no offerwall)? What events normally give DC?

Yes, the daily quest is the only way to get free DCs in-game.
But do note that during the anniversary month the 3 DCs that we get from dailies will be bumped up to 10 DCs!
Last "event" that gave the players DCs was on the 11th Anniversary.
There hasn't been anything like this recently afaik.

You can still earn Artix Points (transferrable for DCs or DAs, etc.) from an offerwall on the AExtras website.
