 Individually they grant 105 and 160 CHA boosts but when I stack them it says 118.8 CHA. Does anyone know why? That's a pretty big drop in CHA.

Statuses often stack weirdly. It's just how the current status system works.

Do you perhaps get more turns instead?

 No, it's the same amount of turns 3 + 1. If it's not a bug and intended then that's fine.....I guess.

Well, 3 times 105 plus 1 times 160 is 475. Divide this by 4 to calculate the average CHA boost per turn and you get 118.75.

I don't see anything strange here.

 I assumed it would be 265 turn 1 and then 105 for the rest but it averages it out. I didn't know they averaged stacks. That seems worse than what I assumed it would be. Regardless, thanks for clearing it up.
