Is the below formula for BTH for all Magic attacks including spells which I take from the Master List of Game Formulae correct? it is edited as of October 4th, 2020 for clarification:

I ask because in 2019 or 2020, I believe the staff were considering removing DEX stat from contributing to BTH for Magic attacks including spells, so I'm asking incase the Master List of Game Formulae is outdated.

Magic: INT*3/40 + DEX*3/40 + LUK/40

There have been no changes to stats for a long time, except for the cap change (200 -> 250).

So yes, the formula is still INT*3/40 + DEX*3/40 + LUK/40.
