If I have purchased the Doomknight package, then get a dragon amulet for a second character under my account, will that second character still receive the doomknight items, even though it was not a DA-holder at the time of purchase of the doomknight package?

Yes, all of your characters who get a dragon amulet after you purchase n doomknight packages will receive all n doomknight items. Also, you don't have to worry about your inventory being full to receive those items either
