Hii I'd like to maximize DEX as much as possible as a level 90 ranger - what're the best equipment to do so? Please recommend all equipment including rares =)

Unreal Twin Blades of Doom

Soulweaver's Cloak III

Smuggler's Stormpather VII

Erythrocitrus Band IX (this is the only seasonal one, you get it from Thankstaking Storybook: Ruby's Request)

Pretty much any necklace + trinket combo that gives +20 or more DEX

Rogue's Challenger Belt V

Legion Bracer

With this you should get 400 DEX. Due note that the DoT damage that DEX increases is capped at 100% (aka 400 DEX).

1. Necro - toolbox class, but the DoTs it can unload are nothing to be scoffed at. The DEX bonus also strengthens Terror's anti-enemy self-dmg, making it fatal to high DPT foes. This class also invalidates foes with similar mechanics to Inn Sek and Fluffy Tog without resorting to too much suboptimal plays.
2. Pyro - roast your foes to oblivion, although the highly encouraged usage of its super magefire mode prompts that you might want to balance it with INT (as how is was reimagined in the first place).
3. Dragon Rogue - lots of venomous hurt, superb defenses. A bit of healing factor so long as its DoTs are active also doesn't hurt.
4. Ninja - DR Lite.
5. Ranger - hybrid type (STR/DEX) just like Pyro. Since most players use venom shot as the main setup to generate Focus (pumps up the class' crit multiplier up to 300% before INT bonuses and generates extra turns so long as maxed), might as well DEX it out.
