The rewards are great!

The weapon works well with fear equipment such as Werewolf skill Snarl and Terror set. It is great to use for slow stacking.

The spell works very well with water burn equipment. With Neko and the Pirate rat guest, water burns become powerful very quickly. The choke effect is a nice bonus too. In a way it reminds me of Sunburst Amulet.

And the boss battle was surprisingly easy? Maybe we could fight the Dracolich later in the story?

And about the Glaive,

it has what appears to be an HP cost that is a per-hit effect(or not, but still an HP cost) to pay for the Fear.
