So I see that the Ruler package is still available to buy, although it only prompts me to create a new account instead of being able to link my old account when I click "Add Cart". Oddly, the gameconnect works for epicduel but any other game I try this with it fails to let me link my AQ account to Amazon.

Anyone know how to formally buy this now?
