So after some more delay (because the deploy env I was using wasn't able to support what I was trying to do so I had to fall back to something more traditional), here's the gold ranks list. Some things: 1. This data only refreshes itself once every hour, or until someone accesses the project again. Getting the data is fairly expensive time and data-wise so I'd like to minimize the calls the service makes. But as a result of this caching it might be outdated. Depending on request I can reduce this timer as we get closer to the end of the contest. 2. You can click on the bottom for some pagination controls. That stuff should be fairly self-explanatory. 3. You can click on the headers to sort by that attribute. Clicking on that row again will reverse the order. By default, it's sorted by the "possible" gold metric. I should improve the UI later... 4. You can click on the player name to open a new tab for a new page. You can click the home button next to that name to see their sellable items in vault/inventory, and their possible alt characters. 5. Still, with all of this it'll be pretty imperfect because players will do a vareity of things and we don't even know if people will go all in or just go "enough" to reach a current threshold. 6. I think if we all try hard enough, 4 billion is definitely within reach with the amount of time we have. Again the staff should do something nice when we get there. 7. Probably won't make a similar list for tokens because people tend to behave differently and the token numbers are hidden. 8. As of this post the "real" threshold for the top ranks is currently: (And these will definitely go up/down as the contest reaches its end.) Top 50: 14,347,848,347 Gold Top 100: 5,917,222,170 Gold Top 150: 3,899,210,108 Gold 9. The "Possible" metric consists of: All the Sellables in your inventory + vault + current Gold + currently donated gold. Keep in mind people may or may not choose to go 100%. But potentials are still useful. The "Sellables" list is currently limited to the most notable sellable items, and a few other items. This list of sellables will of course be incomplete as there's virtually an infinite numbero f items you can sell, but it's most useful to keep track of the items that people tend to use the most commonly. But if by request I'll add more to that to track. PS. Sorry Cupquake for the wait! Any feedback is appreciated of course.
