 Farmlands has old Harvest Festival quests but not the newer one. Will they be added eventually? If not, what is supposed to be added to Farmlands?

Burp Wars used to happen every 2 years around Harvest Fest time. They aren't really quests. I think Farmlands was put there to have them to not clutter up the portal.
