I'm assuming all the usage of charges for Exalted Unity quickcast? Also, does the empowerment affect spells as well, or does it just add weapon damage? Finally, does imbue change your spell element as well?

1. All quick-cast.

2. Empowerment as a status affects spells half as much as normal attacks and non-skill magic normal attacks 1.33_x as much as a melee/ranged normal attack.

3. No. Imbues only affect normal attacks (specials included) and skills tagged as a normal attack even if they don't use your weapon's effects. Ally assists, PWD, and guardian dragon are tagged as "other" not weapon or spell.
