^The issue with the max INT construct is because of the nature of the skills you highlighted (BR and (Favor-)Inner) relative to big picture use. BR does have the perk of a 0-CD autocrit, but the HP cost means that its more justified in mowing down war wave mobs (and depending on your comp's performance on animations, Blast is just as favored over it). Favor-Inner is a long-term setup designed to off bosses, so unless you're using high crit rate gear that ain't Uragiri/Veraad (e.g. Threadcutter, Creatioux Claw, Jade Cleaver, Maker-Touched Zweihander) it doesn't really justify much of the INT output since BR is DmK's sole skill that modifies crit rate. And oftentimes, even if they are not Uragiri/Veraad, they can have penalties. In my four wep examples, all of them do not conform to the +10/-20 +All/-Health resist more general (Inn) weapons possess; and Thread, Claw ,and Zwei have low moderate or static damage output. That is why STR/DEX is more realistic. STR due to lack of innate crit% modification and low hitcount, DEX for blanket amplification of all player's damage sources.
