Pretty much what the title says. In the 2nd part of the Tournament of Champions quest, Falwynn refences a letter from Artix and says that it includes directions to find him. I can't figure out how to read this letter or even go into the Doomwood to search for Artix (since the Rose soldiers prevent me from leaving Amityvale). Can anyone help me figure this out?

Oh, I see. That seems rather sloppy to leave the dialogue in, doesn't it?

It's mostly there explain why we can have Artix as a guest in the Book of Lore and how we could visit him during Calamity saga (my first post was a bit miss-leading, as I had completely forgotten how we do visit him immediately after in One Pala-Day).
