I hope people will think these are reasonable suggestions I know in the past people have thought my suggestions were unreasonable, which is why I have waited a long time (some people would probably say not long enough) to make suggestions again. I know I stated I would never make suggestions again, and I planned to keep my word, although hopefully, these will be worth it.

Hopefully I will not get a violent reaction from my harshest critics, although I probably will.

I do welcome some constructive criticism for my suggestions, I would like to know what people think of them.

Two or three of my suggestions I have made in the past have actually gotten adopted by Artix Entertainment, including one of Dragon Fable. I don’t know if anyone else suggested it, although I did suggest the Level 90 Blade of Destiny from You Gotta Start Somewhere! to activate on special in a private snail mail letter to Artix Entertainment in Tampa, Florida because I did not wish to post it here although I thought it was worth suggesting.

So here are my suggestions:

50k Dragon Coin package available for $99.95 (this is slightly cheaper per DC than the 20k package)

Negative Immobility removed from Level 85 and Level 90 Dragon Amulet versions of Defender gear

Doom Knight customizations should be used for both Doom Knight v1 and v2, not just v2.

Only 200 stat points can be used total between main stats maximum. You can’t use 205 or more scattered between two stats anymore.

There should be one gear upgrade. One. Before people start getting riled up and freaking out, I did keep it minimal and rational. No master cloaks or other BS like that.

Elemental Unity Trinket should have level 80, 85, and 90 upgrades for 500 defender’s medals each. It’s the only defender’s gear that does not make it to 90, it stops at 77. Their stats should be:

Rank XVI (level 80): Block +3, Dodge +2, Parry +2, Crit +7, Magic Def +6, Pierce Def +6, Melee Def +6, WIS +7, END +6, CHA +7, LUK +7, INT +8, DEX +8, STR +8, Bonus +8, All +6, Health -6

Rank XVII (level 85): Block +3, Dodge +2, Parry +2, Crit +8, Magic Def +7, Pierce Def +7, Melee Def +7, WIS +8, END +7, CHA +8, LUK +8, INT +9, DEX +9, STR +9, Bonus +9 , All +7, Health -7

Rank XVII (level 90): Block +3, Dodge +3, Parry +3, Crit +10, Magic Def +8, Pierce Def +8, Melee Def +8, WIS +10, END +8, CHA +10, LUK +10, INT +10, DEX +10, STR +10, Bonus +10, All +10, Health -10

Now, finally the last improvements, and I swear that’s it. This is the only ones that I think MIGHT be unreasonable or need to be tweaked a bit to be reasonable, at least the rewards.

A daily Inn at the Edge of Time challenge.

At level 90, an inn fight will be randomly selected (if you don’t like that inn fight, you can abandon it and request again and another will be selected. Doom Knight v2 is allowed for this (even if it’s a fight v2 is not allowed in), but not v1 (even if it’s a fight v1 is allowed in), same for AARGH. For it, you get a daily token.

Daily tokens can be exchanged for:

1 daily token: 5 dragon point trainable (cap at 1,000, you still have to feed him / her though to get him / her to take advantage of it, this way you can FULLY train your dragon with all skills!)

2 daily tokens: 5 stat points (cap at 800 total stat points at level 90, this way you can get 200 luck, 200 endurance, and 200 wisdom if you choose!)

5 daily tokens: Customization catalysts for various classes

10 daily tokens: Teleport to the end boss of any dungeon EXCEPT those in the Inn at the Edge of Time (Zeclem’s Keep and Necro Paragon dungeons) on that one said character (sorry, not all characters on your account). Yes, this includes Riverine Keep (the 100 room dungeon)!

25 daily tokens (doom knights only): Unlock the Lair of the Ultra Doom Knight. This boss should have 100,000 (or more!) HP and will require 3 level 90 characters on your account to defeat (yes, you can actually invite guests, although these must be characters on your account, not other players’ characters or guests in-game, which means you must have a secondary and tertiary character that are adequately geared to do this boss!), although only the character who is the main one (not the ones you invited) gets the token. He can be defeated once per a week, resetting every Friday. He will drop an Ultra Doom Knight token, 3 of which will be required to unlock Doom Knight v3 and 14 more to unlock all skills (one per skill). Doom Knight v3 will be slightly more powerful (roughly 25% - 33% or so) than v2 although less ridiculously overpowered than v1 and will be available for all Inn at the Edge of Time fights except for those that currently do not allow v2s. The main loading in must be a Doom Knight v2. The other characters can be any class you have on said characters, so choose wisely! You will get a badge upon becoming a v3, which all who look at your profile will see on your page.

I really like your ideas! I've got some thoughts on a few of them, though:

Wow, that's awesome - thank you so much for doing that, I love the Level 90 Blade of Destiny! What was your process behind coming up with that one? How long did it take you to conceptualize and draft it? Did you have any concerns about it beforehand? It's so cool to see how people come up with something like this - and then actually see it implemented in-game. Congratulations on having the suggestion make it in!

Yeah, the game really needs this - it's a pretty notable balance issue I'm surprised hasn't been brought up before. It seems like nearly every build just invests in multiple mainstats, and I'm not sure that's great game design - it's confusing, unnecessary, and sometimes overpowered. I think a change like this would push people towards maxing HP on every single build, which is definitely better design and gives END more of a reason to actually be an investable stat - there really only needs to be one stat people choose to allocate to, and having numbers bog down the stat system detracts from a lot of RPGs IMO.
I'm a bit curious about this one too, though - what was the process that led you to come up with this? I'm pretty surprised no one else ever seems to talk about it.

Woah, that sounds really neat. An ultra Doom Knight - he sounds really cool! A boss having 100,000 HP is another really cool idea - I've always wanted to play against something like that! I also like how you thought ahead and made sure to add player guests, just to make sure it isn't too broken - well played!
One bit of constructive criticism I could offer is that 25 weeks might be a really long time to wait for some players, and they won't get to experience all of this developer effort - there should be an AdventureCoin shortcut or equivalent reward to make it more fair, IMO.

This is another idea I really like. DoomKnight v2 always seemed a little weak to me - maybe something that gives it back the Carve skill could help get it closer to the power level that was originally intended. This wouldn't be an overpowered class, either, because it would take a lot of money in order to unlock. DoomKnights are also really cool - they're the strongest AND the most evil, which makes them just the best! I like the idea of there being another class based around them - it's another option for people who want to roleplay as being evil and powerful, which there just aren't enough of. Also, it should have wheels and be a car.

I really like your ideas! Going back to the letter thing, though - AE has already made and implemented a new weapon based entirely on your suggestion. Clearly this means that the letter worked - they saw your effort, passion, and creativity, and decided to use the idea. But, it seems like the suggestions you post here on the forums have never been implemented - clearly the platform must be the significant variable here!
I think you should write AE a letter every time you come up with a new suggestion - it's certainly demonstrated itself to be more effective than posting here on the forums. Every time you post here instead, it seems the world ends up robbed of these great ideas - and that's certainly not a world I'd prefer.

Actually, it's 25 days to unlock the dungeon. 25 days of the daily inn at the edge of time challenge. 17 weeks of fighting the ultra doom knight once you unlock the ultra doom knight dungeon to fully unlock the class and all skills. Although still, yeah, it is a little bit of a time.

I may think of a DC shortcut, I will have to decide what it should be.
