I logged in May 30 and can't find the shop for the pet. They said as long as you logged in within the month of May, they will automatically put it in your inventory. But I haven't received mine yet. Please help.

You need to use the Treasure Chest icon on your screen.

It is on screen next to the menu icons / adventure book icon.

Since we're in June now, it looks like it is not available anymore.
