I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to, to be honest. I would be glad, however, to make some. Not to impose or anything. Ultimately, it is up to the devs to pick them or not.

You can in the General Discussion section, but follow the rules stated here. If it is close to the current updates, though, it is a possibility to post in the most recent DNs thread if it is more akin to feedback than an outright overhaul.
