Optimizing my Pure Mage

Armor of Awe/UltraGuardian Element (If Applicable): Energy - because of my shield setup
Notes:
1. My current setup works but I'm not sure if there are better ways to do this. I am currently having a hard time on monsters with Wind weakness since LotS feels really underwhelming - thankfully I have Prime Chaos Orb. But saves slot since weapon + armor in a slot.
2. I can spend on Z-token Items or GGB items if needed. But not on packages anymore.
3. I use the Clever Disguise + Buns + Wallnuts for blocking mostly some SP skills of monsters if I cannot kill them in 2 bursts or blocking Monster SPells.
Goals:
Update my current setup with better items that I am missing or remove some that looks redundant
1. Weapons setup - Feels like this is ok for now but if you think that I am missing something, please let me know.
2. Armors - My Dark Invader usage is so low that I think I can remove it.
3. Shields - My current setup works. If there are better shields that you know, please let me know. I can't drop Tropo, Father Time, Celtic, and Accordion (for vampire control).
4. Spells -
Twisted Siphon feels underwhelming even with Angelic Robes(does this affect?) - if I am dropping this, I might drop Angelic Robes too.
Might drop Creation Burst also if there are better alternatives with Light Armor Skills.
Other spells are hard to drop.
5. Pets - Poelala, Lust, Envy and Bun-Banneret are the only ones that I am using. Any other good pets that doesn't require CHA?
6. Misc -
Not sure if there are redundant miscs that I am using.
Essence Orb and Zfinity Gauntlet: Mind for resource.
Shadow Feeder Pendant for celerity.
Prime Chaos Orb just to remove the Wind or put them to Earth or Fire weakness.
Bag of Mixed Nuts - more damage or blocking.
Zfinity Gauntlet: Power - more damage.
Clever Disguise - mostly Buns+wallnuts.
Paleskull - for bursting after setting up the buffs. Not sure if there are better damaging miscs.
Thinking of using Grakma Harbinger + Legion Fenrir + New Year Spell for more damage but will not do anything for my Fall Dryad. Another misc slot will be allotted for Fall Dryad only.

Also, let me know if I am doing something wrong like my understanding of the items above.

Honestly, you have a pretty good setup going. I can only think of a few things to optimize your gameplay:

Weapons

Feel free to replace your Airenal's Lance. You could use Arcane Cutlass of Gales (for damage), Mystic Retro Golden Axe (resource regen), or Loremaster Tome (to free up a spell slot).

Armors

Since you already have fire and energy armors, Dark Invader just takes up a slot. Instead, use a wind armor like Bloodmage or Mark of Wrath.

If you're dropping Angelic Robes, Lumenomancer Bloodmage is probably your next best bet, as far as pure damage goes.

Shields

Since you're phasing out Dark Invader, I would suggest switching Eternal Champion's Defiance and Cerberus Ward for Darkovian Bulwark (rare GGB) and Samukematsuri Buckler. It's a minor optimization at best, but you can never have too much sp.

Spells

I'm not sure Timekiller is really worth a slot. Whether or not you decide to use Legion Fenrir and Grakma, New Year's Surprise's bth boost feels like a more useful tool for the kit.

Pridelord guest gives you Status Potency. It's not an insane boost or anything, but something you'd want to have handy.

Your Soul Burns Bright as a Beacon is not as strong as Creation Burst, but it has the benefit of costing absolutely no mp.

Finally, Invincible Star (in your storage) could reduce the damage you take to 1%, which is insane. A strong alternative to Bun-Banneret+Clever Disguise+Wallnuts combo.

Pets

Spotter Drake gives Status Potency.

Miscs

Either Gauntlet of Time or Love Potion (with Accordion shield) provide a more reliable stun source.

Grakma gives better damage than Paleskull.

Wow, thanks! Another question, does Grakma boost the auto-hit spell of Dryad?
Thinking of adding the new Energy GGB spell to my list and keeping Dark Invader, not sure if worth it.

Yes! Autohit interaction with Berserk is one of those things devs acknowledge as unbalanced and op, but so far there's been no word on when - or even if - it'll be patched.

Elecomped armor spells (like on Thunder Groom) will always be stronger than regular ones, and unless the enemy has Form Shift Immunity to cancel out PCO, the new spell just won't be able to compete.

Unless you just want to try out something new - in which case, go ahead! AQ is a game, after all, the first goal of any player is to have fun. If you like how the new spell looks, or just like seeing green numbers, that's a reason as viable as any other to pick your equipment.
