Will the shop still be available from killing the house guard after October 31st?

 Probably. I can't imagine the staff is trying to gatekeep seasonal items intentionally like that, but it's not been mentioned anywhere even that the house guard has a shop, so there's no official note on it

 If the shop tied to the house guard is here to stay then I made another bad financial decision buying its painting.

 I think it will stay just like those other monsters that open shop after defeating.
