Rose Captain: You! You look capable!

Rose Captain: The Rose needs your help! A band of vagabond pirates has taken up residence in the lighthouse.
Rose Captain: Normally we'd let them be, but then they decided to put out the light at the top!
Rose Captain: The light is necessary for our ships to travel the coast and provide aid to the ninja village!
Rose Captain: Now, technically we're supposed to respect the authority of the pirates here...
Rose Captain: So it would probably only cause more problems if I sent in some of my Manahunters.
Rose Captain: But if a passing adventurer were to simply... do a good deed...
Rose Captain: Please, if you could drive out the pirates and relight the lighthouse, you'd be helping not just us...
Rose Captain: ... but the ninjas and all of Greenguard!

Rose Captain: What's that? You have something for me from Osprey Cove? Let's see it, then.
Rose Captain: Hmm. So that's what the situation is.
Rose Captain: Thank you for delivering this to me. I understand your payment awaits in Osprey Cove?
Rose Captain: Then if you're heading back, could you take this package with you? The sentry will know what to do with it.

Rose Captain: The Rose appreciates your support, adventurer! Rose Captain: Are you an adventurer? It's brave of you to make it out this far, but I'm afraid you cannot pass at the moment.
Rose Captain: The storm is predicted to pick up soon, and you do not want to be caught out there when it does.
Rose Captain: You can wait here, if you'd like, or it may be safer to head back to Osprey Cove after you catch your breath.
