Evolved Pumpkin Lord's Bramble Shield bug?

I used Evolved Pumpkin Lord's Bramble Shield skill to reflect damage onto the inn bosses but even the first hit only reflected around 1/4 of the damage, despite the description claiming that 100% of damage would be reflected on the first turn. I'm pretty sure this is a bug?

I just tested it and it seems to work fine on my end. No idea what's going on for you.

 Did my test with an active Battle Log, confirmed that EPL's reflector shield is functional. Cache clear first, report to bugs.artix.com if not yet resolved.
