Yeah, I've been mulling this over since the email came in, and I don't really see the vision here either. Homes already have the passive heal upon entering, and the bed-click full heal, not to mention all the healing options in town as pointed out in detail in the other thread. Adding another one - that costs premium currency and an investment in time and resources to even turn into a full heal, and which occupies an estate slot that could instead be spent on another resource generator or a more practical QoL building - seems... with all respect, remarkably poorly-considered, at least as pitched here. I don't mean to be negative (edit: especially considering it looks to use new art, and as a hobby musician and artist myself I have an idea of how much time that must have taken), but I really hope there's more to this building than described here. Also, since we're talking estate stuff, the stat scaling for the "new building" battles is super off these days. The characters on my second account are basically walled out of getting a Trading Hut because New Worker Kabroz' total initiative mod and spell damage are so obscenely high (over 600 DEX and almost 700 INT at 150, not to mention his over-10k HP, what looks to be six to eight casts before running out of MP when each single cast consistently does thousands of damage vs end-game resists, and near-600 CHA making him even harder to shut down with statuses if you somehow act first or survive his initial salvo); some of the other workers are almost as brutal, whereas the rest are one-click-brain-off easy to the point they may as well not exist. I understand that would take time and effort to re-work, and players are in the grand scheme of the game almost never going to interact with the New Worker system, so I'm not expecting it anytime soon, but it's tangentially relevant to the current release and it's been an issue for quite some time.
