The two krenos armors that have a spell like skill which trades all damage for burn and blind, but the burn doesn't receive elecomp to its power, even though the burn is elemental. The blind seems to, as the level 55 armor I tested had a weaker blind than the 150 armor.
Also, I believe the fire armor's spell only has 3 hits, which makes it inflict a weaker burn. I noticed this on the battle log, and then verified by using Heroic Titan's herald prismatic burn to see if it was as strong as a 4 hit fire spell, and it was not, so it's missing a hit.
