The shutdown message mentions the official Discord server, but I'd like to verify publicly what the server's name actually is, for anyone who doesn't already know. ~~Me included.~~ The official Discord server's name is "The AE Federation", correct?

I don't know where you found that server but the official server should be named "Artix Games" and it's linked at the bottom of the artix.com website, which you can get to by clicking the "Play" button at the top in these forums.
