Can't remember everything this game offers but:
If you were there for the 2016 Frostval giftboxes you should have the wind Dire Wolf. It builds murderkillosity which is only relevant for its set, and I think it uses the murderkillosity to boost its damage.
If you were there for the 2021 Frostval giftboxes you should have the energy Ghost Hound (fear eater to recover sp).
Fenrir was a wind pet from the 2019 winter donation contest if you managed to grab that. It just does slightly more damage to monsters that have strength.
Fenris Pup (token cost from the Fenris quest in Devourer saga) and Nilak (from Guardian tower shop, same place as the Guardian Firewere/Icewere) are both ice. Fenris boosts your endurance while Nilak has freeze potency.
Fu Dog is an earth urggb pet (seems to have been removed without announcement, might come back next Lunar New Year?) that does freeze-like status potency and also attempts petrify iirc. I don't think it's worth the purchase this day and age, but I'll leave it up to you to decide if it ever comes back.
Guardie is a fire pet from Aria's that does burn.
High Communicant's Oath (basically Daimyo if you remember Artix's dog) is a light burn pet from the Communicant set quest. It eleseeks against undead with the burn matching its attacking element.
The Diamond Dog void fight has 3 different Diamond Dog rewards (all light pets but they are very underwhelming). You'll have to wait for it to be rotated in though if you want them.
