TRIGGER
On Monster Category "Dragon", "Dragonkin", or "Drakel", you gain -9% (for a total of -17%) to the monster's base Element. This only applies to the 8 standard elements. Also, the shield's eyes change based on the monster's Element.

DESCRIPTION
A mediocre all-around shield. When you encounter a member of Dragon-kind it transforms to have a powerful defense against that creature's base element.
