Bio: Twilly is a Moglin who has been around Battleon for a long time, he's quite a good healer and he knows quite a bit and is willing to share his knowledge with you.
Function: Heals you when you visit him. Aside from the many quests that is available through him, he seems to appear in... almost every quest and war when you need him! Whenever "Optional Full Heal" is available, you can be sure Twilly is there to help! He helps you as a Dragonslayer in certain wars too!
