This may sound weird, but what gender is Twilly? If you think you know, give me proof! The way he/she speaks, I'm guessing it's a she!

We need to collect everything that truth has said
Also notice how the gy that makkisar was had a green cloak on which means he was another member of the organisation but not truth, the inverted version of truth looks like the grey cloaked member of the organisation! Truth and Lies it could be!
Also notice how he said the 9 are family but are all at war! Maybe There at war's house, so we need to find war to find the others

truth lies death life nothing can stop the faceless. they will come, they will destroy and they will kill u all
only hope can save you from oblivion. 1 by 1 the worlds will crumble to their conquest. the war is upon u and i am watching. a post by truth.

faceless are sins=devourer= darkness (execerpt from red book in the isle library), virtues=creator=light and the omega=end. hopes avatar will find us in our time of greatest need as we found it

truth is belittled
lie is little
life and death are deadly
peace is much and war is wicked
eternal is lucky and transient is unlucky
omega is the end(religious refernce)
the 9 are family but always fighting
truth will teach us what we need to know and soon lies will mislead us

truth is 755, 755 is cor dem, cordem is the zeta reculi star system which is home

carnax was omegas avvy but since he died now devourer is the new avvy

all faceless have an avvy but truth and his new one will be female. all faceless are immortal but avvys arent
we must find truth a relic of the elemental lords that was first stolen by a elemental lord son edward for deaths avvy. it glows with beauty and glory (talosidian stone, azru) it is a crystal though and carnax was hope and lies acording to truth so it fits description
well those are my thoughts and theories on the subject version 1.1 shade out yo!

no because i was wrong think about in the last war truth said carnax was hope and lies and he was put in the azru stone and maxwell said that this artifact contained hope and lies i believe epheel is transcients avvy
