Inherently it's a paradox, but on the other hand he actively used 'everything', meaning possibly not everything he says to you is truly a lie; but since in this case he used the word 'everything', then we must assume that in this case he is lying. These statements from Lies and Truth can be considered paradoxical, but when placed in contrast to each other, I think if we all put our noggins collectively together we could possibly figure out what might be going on.
