Hmm... mythology. There is an undeterminied line between what is religion and what is mythology. Usually it is just religions that have died out that are called mythology. For if they would call a current religion mythology, it would offend everyone of that religion because you basically called their beliefs simple myths and not true at all.

So, the one religion that avatars and reincarnation is big in is Hinduism. However, that is not a mythology.

In short:

Truth appeared during the Future Wars. He has been giving cryptic warnings about a war for some time now. Lately, he has been conversing with another "being", Lies. They have mentioned 8 "faceless" like them, and two who are different, Omega and Hope.

Our job is to find Hope or the White Rabbit...

Edit: Omega most likely would mean the un-creator

And if there's an omega, there is most likely an alpha as well.

Kaliope- the person who is mentioned in the 'portal

Also, there are 8 other muses (excluding Calliope)

that bring anything new to the table?

Actually, contrary to common belief. Myths, from a collegiate point of vew are sacred and traditional narratives. Using myth to describe soemthing as explicitly untrue is a modern spin to bash other religions. Technically all religions are full of myths, but that does not devalue them, just classify them.

Take Maxwell's avvy, copy it into Paste, try to enlarge it without unevenly stretching the dimensions, and invert the picture. It makes it a lot easier to see.
