Base 64. If you noticed, all the messages are encoded Base 64, which has the common attribute of an = sign at the end of the encoding. I also took note of the fact that ever since the base 64 encryptions Maxwell has had a character ID of 64 and a birthday of 7/5/****.

Devourer won't come.....he is probably going to send a servant of some sort. It has something to do with Eepheels gift. If the devourer came we would not stand a chance we would be able to hide at one place though lol....not telling though spoiler...
