Gahh...too...many...subplots!!!!! NOVA is covering up what Dan said, that's pretty much well known. But are they trying to cover-up facts? Or help us sort through red herrings?

Believers, that four letter word could save our lives.

And, despite my first impressions of NOVA...

It happens to be a four letter word. And they did want something to happen. On the flip side, no one knows how the battle lines are drawn now.

Something in NOVA may be our key.

Furthermore... These "delusions" of Dan's... Someone "overdosed" his medications... Unless Daniel and Dan are two seperate people.

Let's take a look at this final line:

 Did a little Google searching on NOVA and Agents, I found this quote from an old game called Power Blade:

Nova, you must contact six agents that are hiding in the six sectors protecting the master computer.

Probably no connection, just thought I'd throw it out there for thought. I'm hoping to hear from Truth or Lies soon, we haven't seen them since NOVA showed up, and NOVA has the ability to seemingly take ove people, rather like the Agents in the Matrix could take over people's bodies, it would seem that NOVA has compromised (taken over), or eliminated a few people, Maxwell, The Messenger (Dan), Lisa, The Third Eye.

That may be a reference to the network, Kellehendros. Messenger was talking about the Network in his state of delusion before they shipped him off to NOVA.

Well, it was said that only the Avatar and **** can save us from the destruction.

 It could be that NOVA is just a smoke screen to hide the White Rabbit. (Is it just me, or wasn't there a White Rabbit in the anime show Ghost in the Shell?)

For some reason my computer won't load the link in your sig Azer, what is it?

A few changes I found interesting. The Portal is different, it says 775 instead of 557 now, and it says Truth tries desperately to escape his prision rather then lies as it said before. The Messenger's site ends with The Messer, rather then The Messenger, the text is crazy too, so it could just be a coincidence, as a result of Nova's hacking.

It seems that Dan has multiple personalities, I would guess that The Messenger and perhaps The Third Eye are two of them, NOVA seems to be trying to supress these personalities so they can't tell us what's going on. They are also trying to discredit these sources, Maxwell has said that The Third and Fourth Eyes are hoaxes, but they are enemies of NOVA, which Maxwell is a part of. Lisa also said Dan was dilusional, once again, Lisa is his 'girlfriend' from NOVA, even though Dan says he was married to Sasha. This just gets more complex...
