 nope i thought NICE was from another website ( guess they got it from that place)

and yes there was a nova group in the 4400, theyre confusing to try and quantify as well.....

 there isnt really a simplified version, as noone really knows what the heck is going on. but if you looking for information on the truth saga (which this ties into) here a good site http://psyham.googlepages.com/encyclopediaoftruth

oh and this has been going since the future war saga in AQ

tried it, its still complete gibberish. it is definitely a caeser cypher though...

edit: still no displaced 1-25(26 would be back to start) and theres no makeing sence of the blasted thing prehaps we were wrong or he is.

OK... now I KNOW that the answer has something to do with the three heads in the vault/safe gaurded by the eternal... I FINALLY figured out how to crack it...I can't say how to get in there (spoiler) but they are the three (Trinity) and they talk about a big black evil formless thing... and there is more mystery in there.. so since this is so mysterious and because that is so mysterious.. I put two and two together.. It's GOTTA have something to do with the vault and the 'countdown'.-- Go in the Vault to see what I'm talking about...

not sice the dragon wars i think, i think Carnax saga (since that was the first pawn, i think)

first we tough Carny was the big enemy, then afther he spoke of his master Makkisar, afther Truth, the faceless, the agents, Omega and now NOVA (maybe the leader is Omega?)

 Well the music sheet thingy is named 13 o'clock and we have a backwards clock and some circular letter decoder thing, maybe if you place the circular decoder thing ontop of the clock you will find out something?

You apparently have a wrong definition of the word bias in mind. Please allow me to elucidate.
Bias. n. a particular tendency or inclination, esp. one that prevents unprejudiced consideration of a question;

However you are of the opinion that all prejudices are negative and this is not true. People have many positive prejudices that affect their decisions and opinions as well.
