I propose that we have an even more limited version of this that allows you to only change classes one or two times.
However, to compliment this system I think that having multiple characters should be encouraged.
The way to do this would to grant new characters that are created a skill core that increases the experience gained up to 5 levels below your highest level (not ranks, levels. This means hard capping at level 35) character.
