Before you read this post I must remind you that we are all part of the same community so please respect eachothers feedbacks and please try to restrain from making rude or ignorant remarks in order to keep this page open and unlocked for discussion. Thank You!!

I recently made a post about Awarding War Prizes to both the Winning Alignment and the Most Influential Faction, which I hope is being taken into consideration, but today I want to discuss an alternative. My alternative is that the war prizes should be claimed by the Winning Alignment based on the amount of influence you do. For example: Say if the 6 items in the war chest coming around happen to be A Home trophy, 10k Credits, 10 Arcade Tokens, A Sword with the Exile /Legion Strike Core on it, A Bike, and An Exile/Legion Champion Armor. The way the Chest should be set up is that based on the amount of influence you put forth, the better prize you can get. Now you can still only choose one Prize, but you have the opportunity to get your influence worth meaning that it will look something like this:

Home trophy- 150 Influence

10k Credits- 500 influence

10 Arcade tokens- 750 Influence

The Exile/Legion Champion Sword- 1500 Influence

An Exile/Legion War Bike- 2000 Influence

Exile/Legion Champion Armor- 2500 Influence


Now that is just a rough scale, i expect higher influence amounts for the better rewards (Nothing outrageous that only Varium Players can achieve) but my problem is that each objective lasts a long time, long enough for any player (Varium or Non-Varium) to get more than the required 150 Influence to access the chest yet ALOT of players I know are just saying they'll get 150 influence then wait till war is over. I think this is a valid argument so please tell me what you think. It seems like a way to get more people active into this war and reward the people who are doing the most work.

This would be possible, in a fair competition, like a tornament, were you have to play to get the prize.In the war you dont have to play, because then they couldn t sell bombs or people would complain too much.

Yes!!! Very much like that! I am sorry, I did not mean to copy your idea. I didn't see that post. I am happy that other people feel the same way now!! It's not fair to reward the lazy and give them the same thing as people who are doing the most work.

^This can t be done unless they dont remoove all the ways to buy influ, people would have the right to complain to those that don t even need to enter a battle to make more influ than you, plus adding another currency will just cause inflation.

In this war nope I couldn't go with it. Why because it is even worse than the frostland war in terms of pay to win. In other words anyone with a load of cash and/or varium can just buy their way to the best prizes since influence can only be earned by dropping bombs and bombs can be brought for a price.

Plus to add injury to insult battling doesn't give you any influence by itself.

I respect that feedback! However based on the low amount of influence itll take for you to get these items, along with the % of War Drops without the core on, this is nowhere even close to Pay To Win. You don't need a "load of cash or varium" to get 3,000 influence in a 3 months time! I get 3,000 influence a day and I don't even use the War Commander Core. Plus I only do 60-100 battles daily.

Edit: I just think you guys are overestimating how easy it is to get 5,000 influence without varium. I don't want to start any arguments but varium is just a perk. If it helps then the player gets what he or she has paid for which is why I included the words "reasonable influence" that can be attainable with or without varium. Please do not make this about Varium and how much this game is P2W. This is only a thread about War Prizes being granted upon influence.

The point me and Kosmo are making is that with the way the war is set up if you have the varium or money you can get that amount of influence without having to do a single battle. Which in turn is spitting in the faces of anyone who would have to work hard to get bomb drops for the influence.

Not really. Everyone has the chance to get Varium, most people work for it and others do surveys. There is ultimately no excuse not to have any varium.

This is a nice idea if it applies to both the winning and losing alignment. If you're a strong participant in the war you should have access to exclusive prizes, even if your alignment loses. I see nothing wrong with varium shells/bombs, varium is meant to make obtaining things easier, and in this case it's influence.

Don't you actually have to win to get the war drops? And then you can upgrade them with varium?

^The ammo depot sells super shells/bombs for 165 varium each.

No you don't. there is a promo that gives 10000 varium along with bomb/shells of non updated and fulled updated. Plus there is a shop in game that sells the bomb/shells for a varium prize. All of this can be gotten without the need of battle.

More proof of this was when the staff posted the design notes of the war the legion LB had a level 1 merc with 7000+ influence which is impossible to get and still be level one.

^That promo was removed lol. The abuse was fun though, but in the long run you were left with a useless tank and some influence.

You can still win and get war drops without the core and I get them just fine.

I believe it will be extra work...as is every update. And don't be so quick to assume "this" follows "that". You never know till you try.
