I've been experiencing a lot of people using the Drakath wings in a way that can be quite annoying to other players. They essentially use their wings to block the bubble an NPC has to initiate conversation. Why they choose to do this? I have absolutely no idea. Perhaps they're immature brats who simply feel like annoying other people. But that's beside the point. My idea to go about fixing this is to have an option where you can turn other player's back items off. Of course, it would only turn off their back items for your screen, not the entire server, because the latter would simply be a terrible idea.
Alternatively, there could be an alternate way of accessing the NPC dialogue. I'm sure there are definitely better ways, but perhaps a window that shows the NPCs in the current room you're in, and an option to access their dialogue from tat window, instead of having to click their exclamation point bubble.
