Wrong support. :P This board is for questions about the Battleon Forums, not AQ game account issues. For this, you should visit the help pages. The one for lost items/currency is here. There is a link to contact the support staff, who you should provide details of your circumstances to.
Note: There were some issues with slots for the new titles system. I've never had problems with buying slots, but since a new 'item' category has been introduced, this might have created some unforeseen programming conflicts. If this does appear to be the case with your issue, you might also want to submit a bug report in addition to a help request. This can be done in the AQ Bugs board. The thread for shop-related bugs is located here.
