How does one get this misc? I went trough the entire quest, beat the challenge and it's not in the shop.
So where is it?

First thing you should do is do a search in the info subs, Frostgale Part III

Well that doesn't seem to say much. Warlic's Shop -> Mastercraft Sets -> Frostgale Set leads to the 2 part quest i just did. And i don't see Frostgale quest part 3 in regular quests list. So again - where is it?
