I remember the DN of September when MQ was born...

they had plans for it but it had bugs... if bugs take 3 years to fix oO

@spikemugen-Because if you're not careful just above level 10 you can easily run yourself into a hole that takes a lot of farming to get out of (I did, and only got out with my new Skullcrusher). Also, MQ is quite repetitive in some areas, and a lot of people don't like that.

Yup pretty much MQ is grind,the solution is a increase of 50% exp.And don't tell me to lower the increase exp suggestion since I already lowered the exp suggestion by half!

Ok, fine, we could use a reward boost (since it's school time and school time =/= play 24/7), but I'd put in no more than another 10% boost.

You can't change my opinion of the increase of exp.I will choose 50% and I think it's fair and balanced,10% isn't big to most MMORPG players and RPG players.

I don't understand what you all are talking about... I fully agree with Gold... 10%+10% = 20% which should be more than enough... You can get 500k in about 45mins - an hour at current rates for a level 36...

you do know that if the EXP is boosted than the Exp needed to lvl will be raised :)

^All numbers are usually somewhat proportionate to each other, so they won't be thrown off because of a boost.

Thus an increased quota of experience is obviously unnecessary.

That defeats the point of it. :P
The point is to increase EXP gain and lower mecha prices to make it a little less casual-unfriendly.

50% is a little excessive, considering that it can result in incredible boosts, but I don't think 20 or 30% is bad.

50% of increase is fair.Look at other mmorpg like Runescape.Easy to lv up.I level up from 1 to 20 in one day.

PS:I don't play it anymore.

gold and spidercliff-not everyone has a x-boost.

Runescape isn't Mechquest...

Look at the content from RS and that from MQ ;)

I'm just sayig that if MQ team would increase the Exp to 50% than MQ team would increase the Exp Needed to lvl :P
That's how they work :P

Dont think that XP increasing is really important, maybe +10% permanent and another +10% since its school and not much people can get in, but 50% is way to much and that would be kind of cheating on the people who bought X-Boost, and you dont really need to lvl up in this game so its pretty much useless.

No, because the people who bought X-boost would then get 65% more than what normal people get right now. (10% more than normal people would get then)

But I agree, not 50, 10 at max.

Also, it should stop at level 20, after that you don't really need to level up.

Reads messages,goes to websites and I say 10% is great,a mob comes and says NO,50% more exp not 10%,10% is extremely little.

Hre are the comments from other people:
MQ would need 50% to be very balanced,10% of exp increase is no differences.

Blah,100% is great,50% is fair,under 50% very bad MQ wouldn't survive.

I have a lv 110 AQ account and I think MQ needs a balanced exp increase,like 50%,10% is barely enough,hey even AQ higher levels are easier than MQ mid levels.

I played many Rpg,and their easier and fair than MQ.I think the min exp increase is 50% and double is the max.

Outsmarting Bugs


The reason that leveling up in AQ is easier at higher levels is because of the 2 million cap on experience needed to level. Enemies continue to give more experience above that level so the number of enemies you have to defeat per level slowly decreases after level 103.

I can say with decent certainty that an increase as drastic as 50% is probably not going to happen. Leveling up is supposed to take time, and really there's nothing particularly special about being at a high level except for bragging rights and occasionally being able to complete high-level challenges, so not being able to get to the high levels quickly isn't that important.

The only advantage to levelling I see is on something like an SCMM, you can buy the highest level so that it lasts longer...
