Finally earned the bombardier achievement. I pride those who earned it not purchased it.

And let me sum up what I learned while harvesting Arctic Guard for 5 long straight hours-

1) The achievement is really not worth it. Sure, the 1,5k rating points may help in the long run but it is important to acknowledge that sometimes the ends to justify the means. I ended up draining my time killing off NPCs with tremendous boredom. Was it worth it? Well, it's up to you.

2) NPCing with the slim prospect of 10 war points/battle makes it feel like a monotonous endeavour to rank up (in terms of war). It's ridiculously long. And for those nonvars and also for those who did not pay bombs in this event, how will there efforts help in the war if they can only do 50 damage to the core every like 7-10min (depending on the bomb drop rate)?

Their efforts are mocked by those who can easily purchase 1000+ damage; this really discouraged me from continually farming bombs and I eventually decided that I would stop once I got the bombardier achievement.

3) Finally, no rewards other than bombs (to speed up ranking) and also 10/20 war points/battle makes the whole effort in participating pointless. Sure, join a faction. Once the war is over, I'm going to see a ton of people leaving.

It really didn't make factions "unite". This event was just another excuse make factions more credible.

Meh, just make Fenris even with Yeti. (I actually dont see why they made fenris "weaker".) So not exile can blame their lose on that, hehe.

From my experience, just NPC frost guardian. It takes me an average of 30 seconds with the correct build. And this is achievable by the standard lvl 34 nonvar.

I also keep killing the lvl 20 NPC. Way faster in my opinion. I am in Legion tho, dunno if that NPC also is weaker then Exile's.

@playarn It appears the rest of the War NPCs stats are unknown sense the wiki says nothing about their stats. So far we only know Yeti Hulk is stronger then Fenris. I checked the pages for the other NPCs (Arctic Guard,Frost Reaper,Krampus Warrior, and Krampus Technician) and it is blank on Stats & Skills. Wait I was partially wrong none of the other War NPCs show stats except Arctic Guard. And its stats are:

Arctic Guard:
Level: 20
Health: 85
Energy: 100
Defense: 20-24
Resistance: 20-24
Primary: ???
Sidearm: 43-50 (energy damage)
Auxilary: None
Skills: LVL 3 Field Medic, LVL 2 Energy Shield, LVL 5 Maul, LVL 2 Beseker, and LVL 2 Double Strike.

 You know, I do love participating in wars. ( I was planning on creating a faction for us ak's anyhow) but this was just one more reason to do so.

And really, I'm enjoying the war.

 ND we can rally all we want when the Legion has unspeakable advantages all our work is for not.

Advantages being the high point NPC is much easy for Legion, and the big spenders of the war to date are legionaries(except Buffy last time i checked).

And yes to date those are all the advantages and those cover all parts of the war

 @Nub i might have to put some money into this game to start shifting tides because you yourself said this is war and its all about the sneaky underhanded tricks.

No one knows the final outcome of this war, like with class change, popular factions, and it will also apply with affiliations too; traitors.

The desire to be on the winning side can have a devastating effect on this event, if players are switching affiliations.

Has the game done anything to prevent this from happening?

Come to the dark side my brethren....

Let us force the Krampus to do our evil deeds for us as we enjoy the better things in life such as,

Set the Exile free and hunt it like the dog it is

Mutilating the corpses of Exiles for dummys

Pin the bomb on the exile

I'm not feeling very creative atm so perhaps we could start a list of the fun activities we here at the legion have to offer?

Either way Boys rule and girls drool...wait...Legion rules and Exile drools....

there should be a event that happens after the war, so if exiles win something happens if legion wins something else happens
