Massacre is not unblockable ,i have blocked it in numerous ocassions and beat the other guy silly

 I can say one thing.. Caster TMs are not dead, in my opinion, we perform as well as before. ;)
Of course when Betas get requirements or TM get change in requirements, whatever, then the build will still perform greatly as there are many ways around. ;)

I have tested new change for TM and I think it's good. It's not OP while opened 3-4 new builds for TM and work quite nice for low level or non Var

I have blocked it before , I have no reason to lie , i dont see a medal laying around that says "I BLOCKED MASSACRE"
Its a simple observation , i have seen it blocked before

 Probably once Betas are nerfed, requirements, the new Caster TM won't be OP. I tested Dex build in 2v2 with the change and with Overload it works great! Definitely my build if I am gonna plan on doing 2v2 eventually. :P
Support build is same as before so no change for them but works fine if you try to invest high in Assimilate or train Plasma Bolt a little and not go for DA as you're likely to have mid-high Tech so can work fine.
Str TMs have no change but TMs have build for every stat now or do Custom versions of them which I enjoy a lot

Massacre cannot be blocked. If you seen it then it's or was a bug. ALL Ultimate attacks are unblockable.

you can't block massacre... you probally saw it wrong. if it happens again, please take a SS ;)

It looks like the graphic quality of the log-in screen decreased a bit. I see straight edges opposed to rounded curves.

Massacre used to be able to be blocked, but that was in Alpha days. I had a character back then and I remember blocking massacre and getting blocked.

This post made me laugh for very obvious reasons.

 I think in very early alpha you could block it.I was blocked rather than blocking though. Nowadays not so much

Next promo the stat modifiers for the staffs should be higher dex and tech then strength and support.

Since Plasma rain improves with Dex now where it starts needs to be lowered since it takes more DEX to equal the same tech.
