I just think there should be a 2k achievement for buying the 2 for 1 ticket ahead of time ;o

Not supported, we really shouldn't get achievements for buying special promos.

We did with the dragon package and other promos so i dont see why not, but im sure Golden Yeti acheivement will be given to the 100 winners aswell as their yeti maybe a alternative acheivement :)

They had it for founder, and we did get a cheevo for buying the inferno slayer so it isn't like it hasn't been done before.

 Vega: The Dragon PackAge doesn't come with an achievement, You get the cheevo for buying 1 dragon weapon, not for getting the dragon package.
And mother: Infernal slayer didn't came with a promo, you just had to buy it in-game and it was Limited.
And for a golden yeti cheevo it can be a good idea but I really don't know.

I somewhat support, i believe there should be an achievement, but for actually getting the Gold Yeti, as a token for working for it i believe that's fair.

An achievement for buying it? That's so fair.

Not everyone can buy it. it was a last minute decision and now you want an achievement...

I suggest a Omega founder cheevo, rather than Golden yeti cheevo ..

You buy the pack before Jan, you get to be the Omega founder, and u get the cheevo for it ...

 Ok Not Supported, the package doesn't says that it will come with an achivement and there are players that will just buy this pack only if it comes with a cheevo.
So if at the end they dont add it to the promo description, then it will be unfair for certain people.

^ their was no mention about the Juggernaut cheevo : Battle Tested, but they still did give it after a week ....

But im talking about PROMOS Not with Stuff you buy In-Game Like Infernal Slayer And The first week they released Jugg (May 13th to 20th), It was supposed to be a Battle Mode Testing.
And On all the tests like in AQW They get an achivement.

And Lastly: They Posted A Design Notes on May 17-2011, saying that a new card will be sold for creds, so non variums can have some fun too and they also said that all the testers will get a cheevo for the jugg mode testing, And yes they said that they will get rewarded on the May 17th Design notes (3 Days Before Test Ends and 3 days to get the Card and get the cheevo)

So There was mention about the cheevo: Battle Tested.

Achievements have been going of track, they shouldn't be things you buy with varium. Which would basically make it a pointless pay to have shiny stars feature...



In fact I dont think they should continue making achievements on easy time consuming missions.

If they made the missions actually challenging aka include defeating hard a boss in them then I would accept those as some do.



If you really want an achievement for this delay then something like a PATIENCE achievement to those that logged in on the day it was meant to be released or something would make a lot more sense to me then to get an achievement for spending varium.

But just to be clear I dont think should be an achievement for this it just makes more sense then paying for them.

Only supported if the player comes within the top 15 on daily yeti leaderboard..

They havent said anything about a daily yeti lb.
Only that there will be a list for all 100 people.

As for the suggestion.
Not supported, another cheevo granted for doing nothing.
The Yeti is the reward, be happy with that and dont ask for more free stuff.

I agree with Remorse, that's the reason why I don't support it. Buying achievements (indirectly) isn't right. Many people just class change, or name change to get the cheevos. Don't you think it is dumb? Alas achievement have been to easy to get now, then what's the point of having a 7 stars, 1 blue star, or 2 blue stars? After all, it shows the effort you have made to achieve it (this doesn't count for all since some of the higher rating points achievements were bought *cough* Frysteland war*cough*
